Stage 1: The BDA is to open its doors to members on May 1st 2009
This project under the direction of the founders will ensure that bank account, web site, contacts, Code of Conduct, Guidelines and press releases are in place.
Stage 2: The project will oversee the first two years of the BDA and organise the constitution in readiness for elections in or before May 2012
